The statistical charts published online are older charts. Only our clients (sellers and buyers) receive the complete latest charts and statistics. Generating our custom market statistics and charts requires a significant investment in time and money. We use proprietary methodology and sampling to analyze and chart waterfront home and condo sales. These are not some cheap statistics/charts bought from some outside vendors or otherwise available to the public.
